Meet Katie

My world stopped in 2020 when I lost my son Parker at 18. I truly understand how hard the healing journey can be. But I’ve seen the other side and it’s possible to create your best life based on coherence. I’ll show you how to get back into resonance and flow. This work allows me to guide you on a life-changing journey back into your true essence. What an honor.

I teach classes and host a monthly circle focused on self-empowerment. When I’m not helping others to shift their lives, my passions include hiking, biking, Qigong, as well as spending time connecting with friends, my husband, daughter, and yes my son.
