My world stopped in 2020 when I lost my son Parker at 18. I truly understand how hard the healing journey can be. But I’ve seen the other side and it’s possible to create your best life based on coherence. I’ll show you how to get back into resonance and flow. This work allows me to guide you on a life-changing journey back into your true essence. What an honor.

Katie is married with two children and lives happily in the Pacific Northwest. She teaches classes and hosts a monthly circle focused on self-empowerment. Her faves include hiking, biking, Qigong, and spending time connecting with friends and family.
